Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Peptides Party ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as we need to run the Service and to keep your saved plan available to you.

Information we collect

• Quiz answers. The goals and preferences you select in the quiz are used to generate your plan. If you are signed in, we save these so your plan is there when you return. If you are not signed in, they stay in your browser session and are not stored on our servers.
• Email address. If you choose to save your plan, we collect your email so we can send a magic link to sign you in. We use email for authentication and for important account or product messages. Sign in is handled through Supabase, our authentication and database provider.
• Payment information. If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a customer reference and subscription status so we know whether your account has Pro access.
• Analytics and usage data. We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages and features are used, along with basic technical data such as page views and general device and browser information. We use aggregate counts of outbound link clicks to measure interest, not to profile individuals.

Sensitive information

Some quiz questions touch on health goals and conditions. We use these only to shape the educational plan you asked for. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising. Please share only what you are comfortable providing.

How we use your information

• To generate and save your personalized plan.
• To sign you in through a magic link and keep your account working.
• To process and manage your Pro subscription through Stripe.
• To understand and improve how the Service is used.
• To communicate with you about your account or the Service, and to comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Supabase, for authentication and database storage of your account and saved plan.
• Stripe, for payment processing and subscription management.
• Our hosting and analytics providers, for running the site and measuring aggregate usage.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Affiliate links

When you follow an outbound "Order" or partner link, you leave our site and land on a third party governed by its own privacy policy. Those partners may set their own cookies. See our affiliate disclosure for more.

Data retention

We keep your saved plan and account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your saved data, except where we need to keep limited records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can use most of the Service without an account. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information tied to your account by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honor those rights as required.

Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
