Welcome to Peptides Party. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the tools we provide (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is an educational and informational tool. It does not provide medical advice, veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a licensed provider. You can use much of the Service without an account. If you choose to save your plan, we sign you in with a one-time magic link sent to your email, handled through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with your magic link can access your saved data. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Some features are offered through a paid Pro subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge described at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices and features may change, and we will give notice of material changes where required.

The Service and its content, aside from third-party material and your own inputs, are owned by Peptides Party and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error free, or that any plan or suggestion will produce a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptides Party and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
